Google preparing to launch router of it's own

Google is expectedly set to announce it home router named Google Wi-Fi, alongside its new pixel smartphone which is set to be launch at the October 4th event.
According to report, the router is said to have mesh WiFi capabilities and it will be powered by modular bases in that you can connect or link one or more parts for better coverage. Just in case you are worried about security,that new routers or modules must be a trusted modules,certified by google.

It isn't certain if this new google Wi-Fi will be branded as a google OnHub device or not, but the possibility of it being controlled by OnHub app is still certain. Unless google decides to develop an app for it, but that is unheard of in the recent report.
Since the google Wi-Fi is likely to be control by OnHub, that means the device can be easily setup and the device is set to receive regular security updates and equiped with IFTTT compability .

$129 is likely the starting price for the Google Wi-Fi according to report.
